Designed to efficiently handle and package bulk quantities of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. EndFlex presents the BI 600 and BU 600 for bulk bag-in-case packaging solutions.
The BI 600 bag inserter automatically dispenses film from a roll, cuts it to size, seals the bag, and inserts it into a case. The V25 bulk weigh filler then accurately weighs and fills the bag with product. Finally, the BU 600 bag uncuffer prepares the filled bag for the next stage of the packaging process.
This system can be completed by our sister brand, EndFlex, using their Boxxer case erector to form the case prior to bag insertion and their EZ Tape case sealer after bag uncuffing. Then the Z.Zag robotic palletizer can be added to fully automate your bulk bagging line.
